Le Petit Laurier is a human-scale residential project located in the heart of Plateau Mont-Royal. Designed with a concierge-style layout and an inner courtyard, it prioritizes natural light and fluid connections between living spaces. A continuous exterior walkway borders the entire building, serving both as a circulation path and a communal space for residents. The absence of a basement allowed for the creation of a growing green core, which, over time, will serve as both a natural privacy filter and a shared gathering space.

Through a carefully curated series of images, the photography highlights the project’s materiality and spatial dynamics. The red brick façade grounds the building within its historic urban fabric, while staggered volumes and inclined planes structure the overall design. Interior views capture the fluidity of the spaces, showcasing the seamless transition between communal areas and the surrounding environment. From above, aerial perspectives reveal another layer of the project, emphasizing its relationship with the city and the integration of shared spaces.

Awarded Silver certification in real estate development at the Grands Prix du Design, as well as Platinum certification for multi-family housing, Le Petit Laurier represents a thoughtful approach to residential design. Each image conveys the project’s architectural intent, where materials, light, and space merge to create a harmonious living experience.
