Winner of the Platinum Prize in Real Estate Development at the Grands Prix du Design, the Éléonore project stands out for its seamless integration of heritage and modernity. Our mission was to deliver clear and impactful visuals to document and showcase this achievement.

Éléonore stands as a balance between heritage and modernity, captured through a visual exploration of its volumes, textures, and interaction with light. Its architecture is defined by two distinct materials: a clay-red brick base, grounding the project within the historical fabric of the neighborhood, and an anodized aluminum volume, reflecting the sky and shifting light throughout the seasons.

Exterior shots emphasize the dynamic contrast of the façades, showcasing how light glides over the aluminum and enhances the depth of the brickwork. Low-angle perspectives highlight the building’s verticality and the striking presence of the sculpted volume at the street corner. Close-up compositions focus on the intricate details of the loggias and the interplay of shadows cast by the staggered balconies.

side, photography captures the connection between transparency and structure, particularly in the double-height glazed lobby. Wide-angle frames showcase the fluid transition between communal areas and the street, while tighter shots highlight textures, subtle reflections, and the materiality of surfaces.

From above, rooftop views reveal another layer of the project, with compositions designed to emphasize the modern lines of the building set against the city skyline. The integration of heritage homes within the development is also framed to illustrate the contrast between old and new, reinforcing the overall design coherence.

Each image conveys the essence of the project and its architectural identity. Designed with Blanchette Archidesign and MDTP Atelier d’architecture, with landscape design by Studio B, Éléonore stands as a reference in real estate development, awarded Platinum at the Grands Prix du Design.
